March 13, 2018 - The Jacob Burns Center for Ethics in the Practice of Law welcomed Walter Shaub, the former Director of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, as the fourth and final speaker in the Burns Center’s Ethics and Government Lawyering in the Age of Trump Speaker Series. Shaub is currently Senior Director for Ethics at the Campaign Legal Center, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to improving the accountability of candidates and public officials. Shaub, who recently filed an ethics complaint against Presidential Counselor Kellyanne Conway, spoke about the current Administration’s record on ethics and his own recommendations for ethics reform.
