April 26, 2018 - Cardozo School of Law is ranked 25th in the nation for “gold-standard" jobs in a hiring report by the National Law Journal, based on data from the 2017 ABA national employment outcomes report. Gold-standard jobs are defined as full-time, long-term jobs requiring bar passage that are not funded by the school. Cardozo's job numbers place the law school 3rd in New York City.

Within 10 months of leaving law school, 80.14% of Cardozo students had landed full-time jobs in this category. Cardozo placed 37th for the percentage of graduates placed at jobs at large law firms, defined as firms with 100 or more attorneys.

“Cardozo students are finding great jobs in a variety of fields,” said Dean Melanie Leslie. “I’m proud of their accomplishments. We are committed to supporting every one of our students and helping them find that all-important first job out of law school.”
